Swanson® Moist & Savory Stuffing
With just four ingredients and 15 minutes, you can make a homey, flavorful stuffing that tastes like you've been cooking all day.
Prep Time: 5 minute prep, 10 minute to bake
Serves: 5
Directions:
Heat the broth, celery and onion in a 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Add the stuffing and mix lightly.
Spoon the stuffing mixture into a greased 3-quart casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350°F. for 30 minutes or until hot.
Tip: For crunchier stuffing, bake the casserole uncovered.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with a store-bought rotisserie chicken or turkey breast and steamed whole green beans. For dessert, serve key lime pie.

I think Top Chef totaly rocks!! I watch every episode and its only surprises me how much passion the Chef's put into their food just as I do when I am cooking. Every episode i get a new idea for a flavor combination or just something random to add to my own recipes as a Chef. Keep up the good work and remeber food is always GOOD!!!

I've used a recipe similar to this one for years, only I add Sage, hamburger n pork sausage. I brown the hamburger n sausage together in a pan, drain then add to mix. (I cook for about 20 so I make a batch 3 times the size of this recipe n use one lb each of the hamburger n sausage for each batch.
Alos, a hint for those cooking stuffing outside a bird: To keep from drying out, add extra chicken broth or water. I stuff my bird, then add more water to the extra that I cook in a big roasting pan. The extra broth keeps it from drying out similar to the way the juices from the turkey do to that inside the bird.
